« Un vin avec une robe soutenue possédant des reflets violine de belle intensité. Le nez est puissant, dominé par des notes de fruits noirs, masquant un support légèrement boisé. L’attaque est franche, soutenue par une belle matière suave. Le vin possède un bel équilibre. On peut noter également des notes de cafés torréfiés et de tabac blond, portés par des tanins souples et mûrs. Une belle longueur sur des notes empyreumatiques.»

Élevage : 60 % du vin élevé en fûts de chênes français neufs pendant douze mois. 40 % du vin élevé en cuves. Minimum de sulfites utilisés durant cette étape

Mise en bouteille au château : sous inertage d’azote (pour protéger la couleur et le fruit du vin de l’oxydation) –Bouchons techniques DIAM 5 ®-47x24 (Bouchons en liège ayant une densité et une perméabilité constante d’un bouchon à l’autre)
Aptitude au vieillissement : Vin prêt à boire après 2 ans de vieillissement en bouteille. Maturité à partir de 5 ans. Jusqu’à 10 à 20 ans en fonction des millésimes.
"Deep colour with wonderfully intense glints of purple. Powerful bouquet, dominated by notes of black fruit, underscored by a light oakiness. The attack is very direct, supported by good, smooth substance. A very well-balanced wine. There are also notes of roasted coffee and light tobacco, accompanied by soft, ripe tannins. Good length with subtle empyreumatic notes.”

Vinification : maceration for 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steelvats.
Ageing : 60% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for twelve months. 40% of thewine is aged in vats. A minimal quantity of sulphites is used at this stage.

Ageing potential : Ready to drink after 2 years ageing inthe bottle. Maturity from 5 years-old. 10 to 20 years depending on the vintage.
